PROBOWL BALL PLUG KIT (4X 0,9 KG)

This Ball Plug Kit includes: 

• 2x Ball Plug Resin (Part A)
• 2x Ball Plug Hardener (Part B)

ProBowl Ball Plug is formulated for unmatched clarity, making it easier than ever to match bowling ball colours.
Curing time 45 minutes - 0.9 kg per bottle - Mix weight ratio 1:1.

For the best results, use in conjunction with the ProBowl Colour Kit.

How to use

1. Drill out the hole to create a sharp edge
2. Clean the hole to avoid any residue dust
3. Position the ProBowl plugging damps
4. Poor the resin in a clean cup
5. Weigh the resin
6. Poor the resin in a cup with a white inside
7. Add the ProBowl ball plug colors and mix until you have matched the color of the ball. The best way to check whether the color is correct is to slightly tilt the cup. The residue that is left on the edge of the white cup will give you the best indication how the color of the plug will turn out.
8. Poor the hardener in a clean cup (same type of cup as in step 1)
9. Weigh the hardener and adjust until it matches the weight of the resin
10. Add the hardener to the resin
11. Mix (in a figure 8 form) for about 20/30 seconds until the mixture starts to heat up
12. Poor the mixture into the hole. Avoid plugging large Switch Grip holes or plugging of 2 finger holes at once due to overheating. It is best to poor those in 2 batches.
13. Let it cure for around 20/30 minutes, preferably at room temperature
14. Cut down the ball plug

Please note that I made the word ‘weigh’ bold. It is important to know that the mixture is not 1:1 in volume but 1:1 in weight. The two parts come in separate bottles each containing the same weight of product but not the same volume. You will run out of one bottle before the other if you mix with a 1:1 volume ratio. I therefore advise you to always use three cups, 2 to weigh and 1 to mix in. These can then also be reused.
